What does it mean to become a member?

the Israeli united paragliding group is all about its members. Without member we are of no power or propose.

Being a member in the group only means you are interested in Paragliding and would probably be interested in getting your Para 1 rank (what are these ranks?) or go beyond that. It also means that you don't have unlimited amounts of money to spent on this sport, and are willing to save a lot of money, at the price of the inconvenience of doing the course in a group. The only inconvenience involved is that we will all need to set a date for the first day, and sign up together. (See: what does doing the course in a group mean exactly?)

Just becoming a member does not require any obligation on your side. It is absolutely free and you are not signing up to a course just by becoming a member.
