About me
I was born in Jaipur popularly also known in India as Pink city. I did my schooling from Tagore Public
School where I made few of my greatest friends with whom I still hang around when I am in Jaipur during holiday time.Pankaj Balani
,Amit Bhardwaj,Amit Agarwal,Sudhir Bakhru, Raman Garg, Siddhaarth, Anant to name few, are among the best I ever had. After my higher secondary in pursuit of excellence, started preparing for IIT JEE and here I am at Indian School of Mines(an allied institute of JEE), from where I graduated in 2006 with a degree in Computer science and Engineering.
I am
an Internet geek because it gives me chance to explore opportunities in the best possible way. I love playing Basketball and am a part time DJ.
When I am offline, I read books; mostly Business stories and Autobiographies.Few of the autobiographies that I like the most
are 'Made in Japan ' by Akio Morita,Sony Corporation, and one by 'Lee Ioccaca',Chrystler Corporation.
I was also the Joint Secretary for NCSED for almost 1 exciting
year at college. It was an unique opportunity and experience for managing people and resources, and working for the betterment of our college. I was captain of the ISM Basketball team,a member of the ISM handball team.
My favourite magazines are Harvard Business Review, Entrepreneur and Crossroads. I read the
Economic Times and the Times of India daily.
To give you a brief background about my family. Everyone in my family are working. Both my parents are in govt. service,
Father in taxation and mom, a senior lecturer of Economics in a government school in Jaipur. My brother has been working for Accenture for past 3 years now with an overall experience of over 6 years and currently based at Chicago, Illinois, USA.
I am currently trying to explore the field of IT working with HCL Technologies to understand the know how of business and to enable myself build good working knowledge of different technologies in hand.
I am working on Java Web Technologies right now and am open to all kind of professional as well as personal challenges.
