Hello and Welcome to my corner of the Internet!

I am Assistant Professor at the Seidman College of Business, Grand Valley State University.

I completed my PhD in Management Information Systems (MIS) from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore, the premier management institute in India. IIM is rated was recently ranked as #1 business school in Asia pacific region.

My doctoral research presents an object oriented approach to modeling organizations. In future research, I plan to extend the approach to model business processes along with organisational strategy and systems design. Integrating these by extending the Rational tool is the vision.

I have published my research in various research conferences, and I plan to publish it in journals soon. In the course of my PhD, I realized that I liked teaching and research. It helps that I have over 11 years of industry experience in

· Managing B2B eCommerce software development,

· ERP (SAP) and Supply chain management,

· Business process reengineering,

· Technology consultancy and

· End-user software development and implementation.

I am also an SAP-certified consultant.

I am happy to be in Michigan. For me it is like homecoming. I was right across the lake in Milwaukee, WI, in my childhood, with my parents who are practicing doctors.
