| Hello, I updated the movies i've seen and the upcoming sequels and my gosh, there is alot of sequels to come. Plus, a few days back a second Casino Royale trailer (here) was released but I still have to get around to watching it, should be good. And that's about it, bye. p.s. | Yes, that's right, Ryan is going without McDonald's for a month following the 'last supper' tomorrow. It all started when I learnt how to deep fry in food technology, now up until this point i'd known McDonald's fries were obviously deep fried but didn't actually understand the process, this made me cringe alittle and has given me alittle bit more knowledge and insight into McDonald's. This has put the subject to mind. Currently, I have been watching Super Size Me and these two subjects have given me serious thoughts as to how much of this I am eating and why I have a gut forming. These thoughts have lead me to my conclusion, in the past year also, my McDonald's intake would be 2-3 large [do you want me to define my large [means very big [i'm talking Large Quadroople Cheeseburger Meals] ] , No Jokes] meals weekly. Now, i'm not fat or obese and the rest of it at the moment, never have been, I am of slim or slender build and I want it to stay that way, therefore, this is where my plan kicks in... My plan is to see how much weight I lose [because I will] from being McDonald's free for one month, within the 21st of August - 21st of September, I will not consume one McDonald's product, not one nibble, not even a sip of that syrup and soda water they call a drink in that place, between those times... Instead of making a page like I did with 'Coffee In 7 Days', there is a weight monitor to the left for this one and I will release the log at the end, wish me luck... |

| Just a few little changes, first of all, I added a "Paradox Rates" page just showing my thoughts on a few new/upcoming products i've tried out and so fourth. In other things, no real changes, just been researching some upcoming movies. Casino Royale, the 21st James Bond film, is drawing closer and will be released before, during and after Christmas time worldwide. It will not feature Q or Moneypenny in the film, I know it sounds ridiculous and those were my thoughts too but when I read the story line it made alittle more sense, although, I think these characters should still be stuck in somewhere. Apart from the loss of characters, the film will feature Daniel Craig as the new Bond and Judi Dench as 'M' The story line is about James Bond before Dr. No, the first 007 film in 1962, when he first recieves his 00 status. From the first teaser trailer released a few weeks back and the opening of the official site, it doesn't look half as bad as I thought but i'll see this December. Also, in some similar news, the fourth and 'final' installment of Austin Powers. Myers had stated that Goldmember was to be the final but it has been rumored since Goldmember left cinemas that they would make another one. There was nothing on IMDB so I reasearched further and found countless sites about it but the one I have linked to the left in sequals looks most helpful for the time being. That's about it. | Yes. that is correct, and since this is like my first time I have even bothered touching Paradox Says since my return I added a different link and visited link colours. If you aren't aware, tomorrow will mark two weeks of me getting my new computer. My old one however was very old and was on the brink of getting replaced any how but what actually happened, I decided to be an idiot and forget the inteernet was on during a storm and there was a black out and suprsie, the internet didn't work. Apparently I had fried the modem and because my computer was so old, they couldn't replace the modem. So, because it was storm damage, the insurance company bought me a new one, the end. So in the end it benefitted me, and on another topic during that time without my computer I dropped my beloved mp3 player on the concrete and that commenced working so warranty rerplaced that for me. Lol so all these damges have benefitted me with a better computer and mp3 player. |

| Hello, I was watching Jackass and after watching Johnnie Knoxville snort wasabi I had the biggest earge to do the same but after thirty minutes of searching I came to the conclusion my mum had thrown it out because she probably knew what I was going to do with it. Then I found soy sauce and thought what the hell, so I grabbed a straw, a glass and poured some of the brown liquid in. Before I started I video'd it with my Web Cam, realising after making my self sick and dizzy in the head, I was once again bored five minutes later, so, I made a page showing it in my attempt to keep myself occupied...
