About the Sarati
The Sarati, the oldest writing system of Arda, was created by Rumil of Valinor, in the Valian year 1179, and it never came to Middle-Earth, it was only used in Valinor, and maybe in Beleriand, I am not sure, but it was most likely only preserved in Valinor..

Writing with the Sarati:
Writing with the Sarati is quite easy, it is written in collumns from top to bottom, and when you place a vowel on the left side of a consonant, it is pronounced before the consonant, on the right side it is pronounced after the consonant. When a vowel is lengthened by an accent, you can place it on a long carrier, when there is no Sarat to put the vowel on, and it is not lengthened, you can put it on a short carrier.

here.

Consonants:
A
blue Sarat is reconstructed, a grey one does not exist in the Quenya mode.
(Original table by Ryszard Derdzinski.)

Warning: Tolkien only made an English text with the Sarati, so this mode is a reconstructed Quenya mode. Tolkien did not make this mode himself.
