| 1. Integrity - To act according to a sense of what is right and wrong. I know the difference between right and wrong and I choose to do what is right. 2. Initiative - To do something of one's own free will, because it needs to be done. I see that something needs to be done and I do it, without anyone asking me or telling me. 3. Flexibility - To be willing to alter plans when necessary. When plans or schedules change, I do not get upset. 4. Perseverance - To keep at it. I don't give up, I keep trying. 5. Organization - To plan, arrange, and implement in an orderly way; to keep things orderly and ready to use. 6. Sense of Humor - To laugh and be playful without harming others. I laugh with others, not at them. 7. Effort - To do your best. I try to do my best in everything I do. 8. Common Sense - To use good judgment. I think things through. 9. Problem-Solving - To create solutions in difficult situations and everyday problems. 10. Patience - To wait calmly for someone or something. I can wait for my turn, calmly. 11. Friendship - To make and keep a friend through mutual trust and caring. 12. Curiosity - A desire to investigate and seek understanding of one's world. I want to learn and know more about the world around me. 13. Responsibility - To respond when appropriate; to be accountable for your actions. I do my jobs, I take care of my things, I don't blame others for my actions. 14. Cooperation - To work together toward a common goal or purpose. I can work well with others to get things done. 15. Caring - To feel and show concern for others. I care for people, animals, nature, and our environment. 16. Courage - To act according to one's beliefs. I can take a chance and try something new. 17. Pride - Satisfaction from doing your personal best. It's a good feeling inside of me, not a boast or a brag. 18. Resourcefulness - To respond to challenges and opportunities in innovative and creative ways. I can think of new uses for objects. |
