Why do we need another new handbook?
What did they change this time?
Why are the changes not announced?
It sure would be nice to approve the changes that are made each time.
Why will SIA not tell us what is going on with the truck line?
Why do I have to work 2nd shift while associates with less seniority are on day shift?
We wish we could answer these questions but only SIA has the answers.
HOWEVER!! If we the ASSOCIATES were ORGANIZED and if we had a LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT, we would have a VOICE in answering this questions.
