1.  Managers have contracts:  WHY DON’T WE.

2.  Managers receive cars to drive:  WE LOST OUR CARE PROGRAM.

3.  Management is discussing making us pay for our insurance.

4.  Management has discussed taking away either vision or dental insurance.

5.  Management is discussing making us use only one unavoidable per quarter.

6.  What is the status of management discussions on our company sponsored retirement:  RUMORS is discussions have stopped and it will not happen.

7.  RUMORS are associates only form of direct communication.

8.  That at least 3 people were taken off line in the paint shop, the week of 4/7, because there was a RUMOR that they were discussing a RUMOR.

9.  RUMORS are considered SERIOUS MISCONDUCT.

10.  Unnecessary conversation is cause for PIP.

11.  The HANDBOOK will not hold up in a court of law.

12.  RULES and FUTURE PLANS in the HANDBOOK can be changed, amended, modified, suspended or terminated at any time.  This is a RIGHT that SIA has reserved.  (V-17)

13.  The SUB PAY plan is not funded.  Will it be there when you need it.

14.   When you reach 15 years of service you must take your new week in a block of 5 days within one calendar week.  (V-8)
