That at least 3 people were taken off line in the paint shop, the week of 4/7, because there was a RUMOR that they were discussing a RUMOR. 9. RUMORS are considered SERIOUS MISCONDUCT. 10. Unnecessary conversation is cause for PIP. 11. The HANDBOOK will not hold up in a court of law. 12. RULES and FUTURE PLANS in the HANDBOOK can be changed, amended, modified, suspended or terminated at any time. This is a RIGHT that SIA has reserved. (V-17) 13. The SUB PAY plan is not funded.
