SURREAL

Time melts away into
Nothingness.
Reality is a distant land
Of peace,
While his own surreal
World tortures him.

Memories of the olden
Days wrap themselves
Around his still form.
Providing warmth in his
Cold, unrealistic world.

As he grows older,
His memories fade.
He sees the world
Differently than most.

He sees what
He sees.
He paints what
He paints.
His world is
Only his.
