Like a mist covering water

I see faces, but they disappear
They float through my memory like ghosts

I see two ghostly visages
I recognize them in a heartbeat

They�ve affected me like no one else could
One is Ashley, and the other?

Ashley has taught me one of life�s most important lessons
You should never let a guy get between your friendship
Guys are only temporary
While friends are forever

Mike, oh the things he�s taught me
He�s shown me that love is forever
That jealousy is a wasted emotion
