LONELINESS IS...

A bleak world where you wander
Forever walking, forever alone
Where you are left to fend for yourself
Trying to be the strong one in this cold dark world
A dark dungeon of hate and unwantedness
With not even an echo to talk to
It starts with a shattered glass heart
And the Midnightmare trampling of dreams
No companions come to rescue your lost soul
Tears fall from empty eyes
The voices are so loud, you cringe in pain
Those voices will eventually drive you insane
You walk in an endless darkness
Stumbling over remains of those
Who didn�t survive their lonely days
You fight back those tears of defeat
But they will eventually overwhelm you
Bringing you to your knees
�Loneliness has been with them,� people will say
�It�s eaten their love, devoured their soul.�
No one will ever known how much they mean to you
If you let the loneliness take you away.
