CHARCOAL NIGHTS
I wrap myself around everyones sleeping forms
I am in every dark corner, hiding in the creases of your clothes
I feed on your fears and your sorrow
I love to dance away from the light,
A never-ending game of hide-n-seek
I have no one to call my own
No true home, no pillow to rest my head
I have a voice that can charm you,
Pull you away from the light
And into my realm,
The charcoal night.
