You
all know me as Manish V. Panchmatia.
Family Background
As
being the youngest kid, I enjoyed special love and care from my
parents, sister and brother. At my home, mother, father and sister..
all primary teachers. So I learn reading quickly at very young age. I
participated in public elocution, and grown up in a bit disciplined
environment. As being from middle class family, I know value of
money.
Education
I was ranker in my school and
college. I did my BE+MBA at Gujarat's famous college DDIT(Gujarat
University). Now it is DDU.
I
started writing poems
during my college days. Software
is my hobby. I developed useful engineering applications in those
days. MBA study expand my vision, it gave a holistic view for any
organization's internal culture, external macro economical
environment that is beyond day to day life. It changes perspectives
to get meaningful insight to any situation.
Work Profile
I
started my career with Gujarat's largest media
group. I met some of the renown journalists, writers,
photographers, politicians and observed a typical culture of a family
owned business organization. My next jump was in wireless domain, an
startup MNC company. It outsourced its work to India in the "flat
world". We had innovative ideas/product and when all major
giant telecom companies were facing recession, we were hiring. :)
Here I blessed with few best and ever lasting friends in my life.
Then I came to Bangalore to join Lucent
Technologies. A diversified experience of Bangalore, South
India
and an established MNC telecom company. Here I worked for a
challenging tool for wireless network planning with best talented
people. It inspired me to expressed my thoughts for product road map
and an article about network monitoring, that published in Bell Lab
Technical Journal (BLTJ).
I visited US for project work and exposed to the whole together different
western culture. Currently I am working with IBM.
Spiritual
Since childhood, I am
inclined towards science. So I rarely believe in any miracle,
superstition etc. Yet the miracles in “The
autobiography of Yogi” amazed me. Yes, as being
Hindu, I have
faith in all traditional rituals. I have vast readings. I read Swami
Vivekanada's books in my school/college days. Transcendental
Meditation Techniques by Maharshi
Mahesh Yogi helped me a lot in my career. My mother
cultivated
Sanskar to respect all religions. In college days I stayed with
Swaminarayan
hostel (APC) and
listened to philosophical and spiritual knowledge by pujya Saints. I
participated in hostel's cultural events with full enthusiasm. I am
blessed by Param Pujya Pramukh Swami Maharaj. He is an enlightened
person. Later on I met one more such person Sri Sri Ravishankaji
founder of Art of Living.
I
sang “We Are One” group song at Art of Living silver
jubilee celebration. A practical wisdom, to deal with the
present
moment is Art of Living....
Looking
Back with Smile
Yes so far life journey has absolutely
wonderful and fulfilling. Yes I faced many challenges, struggles but
that made me more and more stronger. Life is all about your priority,
and the choices you have made
