We woke up early and drove to Norfolk, VA. We stayed in Newsport News, it was
a 3 and a half hour drive.
After checking into our room we drove to Norfolk, about a 30 minute drive.
We went to the Festival Marketplace. We walked around the waterfront, it was
a bit chilly, but not to bad in the sun.
We then went inside and
had lunch at Joe's Crab shack,
we went to place called jillian's
We had a great time in the game room our favorite game was
video bowling, which I made the #1 top score of the day and
#9 top score of all time.
We then went back to the food court and watched a live band, which
was very entertaining.
The Michael Clark Band
They played R&B of the 60's and 70's. Add in a little blues and classic rock, an outstanding live show.
We then went to the Comedy Zone, much to my dismay, they sat us
front row, center stage, but the comedians promised not
to pick on us, and they didn't, so it was O.K. and, they were hillarious.
We left after the show.
We had a wonderful time, I can't wait to return.
