Introduction
Please take a moment
to browse through my portfolio. I am currently teaching in a North Carolina school, which I really love doing.
My technology background will benefit my students in allowing them to learn with
the most up-to-date training I can bring to them.
My bachelor's degree
is in education from Nova Southeastern University, I have
met Florida's ESOL endorsement requirements for teaching students of other
languages, passed Florida's certification exams for elementary education 1-6, computer science K-12, and passed North Carolina's Praxis II exam on the first try. While
my degree is in education and I am licenses K-6, my background is in technology. I am currently working on my master's in Instructional Technology Education.
I have had an interest
in teaching since childhood. When I began working with technology over
22 years ago, I found my niche to be in teaching others how to use it.
I have an abundance of patience with learners of all ages and hope to be
able to utilize all my skills either as a classroom or technology teacher/coordinator.
Although I do have
permission to use student pictures in my portfolio, for security and privacy
