Remember the below process and pics was done on my 99' 3500 Ram 4x4, the 4x2 are not set up like the 4x4s. The process took about  4hrs on my truck to remove the rotor and hub.

(6) The rotor and hub are two separate pieces held together by pressed in wheel studs. To take the hub out I laid the rotor/hub on a pc of wood then used a lug nut bolt and it screwed on the studs flush with the top of stud and placed a 2x4 onto the bolt and used a 3# hammer to beat the studs out. After all studs are beated out the rotor and hub will seperate.
Hub on left and rotor on right
When I got my rotors turned I didn't have to take the hub off
Installation:
(1)If the rotor and hub was taken apart then place together and put all the lug nut studs thou the holes. I did not worry about tighten them all the way.  Once I go and put the wheel spacer back on it will draw the hub, rotor and spacer tight sitting the studs into there place fully.
If the rotor/hub was not taken apart then begin by appling a thin film of wheel bearing grease to the shaft splines, seal contact and hub bore. Install the axleshaft, engaging the splines onto to the hub side gears by placeing the rotor/hub into the knuckle. Once in place insatll the hub bearing to steering knuckle bolts, put lock-tight on these four bolts to ensure that they don't back out. Tighten the four bolts to 125 Ft-lbs
(2)Install the axleshaft washer and nut and tighten to 175 Ft-lbs, loosen or tighten the nut to the nearest cotter pin hole and install a new cotter pin.
(3) Install the brake disc and calipers
(4) Install the wheel spacer and tighten the lug nuts and watch to make sure that the rotor and hub are tightened together also.
(5) Install the wheel and hand tighted the wheel lug nuts, remove the jack stands and lower the truck and then tighten the wheel lugs to 135 Ft-lbs
Refer to page 1 for pics and tools that I used for the below installation steps.
