Known Attacks:

Chia was a Pikachu left at Viridian City's Pok�center for a very odd reason: she'd eaten a Thunderstone. Somehow, she had gotten ahold of a Thunderstone her owner had purchased to evolve her, and swallowed it without choking on it. It was too large to leave her stomach and too hard to digest, and just sat there, giving her a terrible stomachache. For reasons unknown, her owner left her at the Pok�center, and she became one of the Pikachu used when power was lost. She eventually got used to the stomachache, accepting it as something she had to live with.

Chia has a very motherly nature, which has its good and poor moments: she is equally likely to chide Manx for behavior she doesn't approve of as she is the Eevees. Her favorite Eevee is Cole, though she doesn't try to act on that favoritism. It was her love of him, however, that made her choose to make use of the Thunderstone she carried within her, and evolve into Raichu.

The excessive radiation from her overexposure to the Thunderstone does not make Chia a more powerful Raichu: her mutation is completely physical, in that she is, in general, too big. She is several inches taller than your average Raichu, with a longer tail, ears, and legs. She doesn't weigh that much more than a normal Raichu, which gives her a somewhat thin, gawky appearance, as if she hasn't been eating enough.
