Gracious, it's been ages, hasn't it? Frankly, try as I have, my muses have deserted me on this storyline. I will not promise NEVER to write more. I can honestly say that it is, for all practical purposes, finished.
In the meantime, I have been working - slowly - through a new project, with the working title Against the Odds, set in an odd amalgamated ancient-times setting. Can't quite decide if it's more Ancient Roman, or Dark Ages with AR influences. Whatever it is, it's the most current thing going. Unlike with PP, I actually made up a tenative outline for AtO. Of course, in doing so I almost immediately went off of it - it was intended to be split into four sets of three chapters, which I had planned to upload in said groups, so that the story would always reach a point that, if my muses fled again, it could technically "end". Right now I am slogging through the last of the three chapters of the second group. Actually, I'm getting through what should have been the end of the FIRST chapter of the second group. It went pleasantly off-course that way. Unfortunately, inspiration has not been easy on it. I uploaded the fourth chapter (ie, the first of the three for this arc) almost a year (or was that over a year?) after the last update. Anyhow, that can be found on Fanfiction.Net. The insanity page still isn't updated, Nida's link refuses to work. I'm still curious of what public preference would be if I did pick up PP again. The possibilities were:
