Memorable Steps
~ Pipi ~ Pipi is owned by Dona VanDeWalle, Boomer McRae, and their son Caleb. Her registered name "Palarset Jezes Memorable Steps" refers back to the first day we met Dona and Boomer ... we heard a loud crack and a scream, and when we looked out the door, we saw these two tall people slowly sinking down. The balcony steps had given way and they were holding onto the railing. A really nice way to get to know them. The Jeze part is from our original name for her before she was renamed to Pipi. Pipi was one of the brats in our Jethro and
Lacy litter. As a puppy Pipi was always full of energy
and inquisitiveness yet also a cuddler. She was raised by
an Irish Wolfhound, and enjoyed curling up in the crook
of his neck to sleep.�She also used him as a
stepping stool to occasionally countersurf - now that's
brains! Pipi accompanies Dona when she works as a Therapy
Volunteer at�a multi-level care Seniors Home. They
live on beautiful acreage in Quesnel, B.C., where Pipi is
their alerter to bears when they go on walks. We are so
pleased that Dona chose to get her first Irish Setter
