In regards to Artifacts: The Paladin is not restricted by the quantity of artifacts used. However, this comes at a great responsibility and even stricter guidelines. There will not be a set list of artifacts allowed or forbidden, as the artifacts in the world will change. For this reason, every Paladin is to petition to the Patriarch (or a High Paladin if the Patriarch is no readily available) his wish to use a specific artifact before it is aloud. The Patriarch (or High Paladin) will then approve or disapprove such use after conveying with the High Council. There are no exceptions and any disobedience of the prior will be followed with sever punishment. Remember, the Paladic Order is more about role-play than items.
