We are particularly proud of our Mitutoyo BHN-710 CNC Coordinate Measuring Maching. This machine can automatically inspect components as large as 28" wide by 40" long and 24" high. When required this maching is able to scan the profile of a part for a detailed comparison to it's mating part, drawing requirements, or for reverse enginering purposes. The resulting data file can be saved on disk, emailed to the customer for thier use, it may also be passed thru the CAD/CAM station which can then further process the data, either into a 2 or 3 dimensional drawing, or into NC or CNC machine code.
