9/10/01 What an excellent first regular season game at Invesco Field at Mile High. Griese passed for 300 yds and 3 touchdowns and Tyrell Davis looked more like his old self rushing for 101 yards against a tough Giant defence.Although all was not good monday night, Ed McCaffery stretched it all out on a too high pass and recieved a compound fracture of his left fibia and tibula on the landing.

Injuries
9/23/01 It was good to see the NFL again after a very emotional week. The Broncos started sunday nights game slowly but took advantage of numerous Cardinal turnovers and soon overcame a ten point defecit scoring all 38 points without an Arizona score in between. With the Ravens loosing to the Bengals today the Broncos hopes to beat the defending Superbowl champion Ravens seem to be very good indeed. Lucky me, I get to see it firsthand!
