The Siat-Navarro Family loves cooking, they considered cooking as their past time , they love to cook different kinds of dishes,especially kapampangan and bicolano dishes . One of their family friends tasted the dish that they have cooked.In astonishment of the taste of the food , their friend recommends them to put up a restaurant business .And they love this idea and put up a restaurant business named “Bariotik Kitchen and Garden” on August 13,2011.It is located at Poblacion Floridablanca Pampanga . Their menus are mainly kapampangan native dishes and their first customers really likes their food but also the idea of “Eat-All-You-Can” for P125.00 only .Mrs Katrina Monseratt Siat-Roque and her mother Mrs. Maria Siat are the cooks of their own business ,while her brother , Mr. Loy Siat is the one who manages the bariotik garden(mamihan,gotohan,etc.) and for the cleanliness of surroundings of the whole restaurant is her father Mr. Leopoldo Siat .They have nine(9) workers in bariotik garden and nineteen(19) workers in bariotik kitchen including the Siat family.
