Samhain
(for Mary)
Too many fires,
Too many Samhains past.
A true Druid Elder
---not by office but in time.
Each year the veil grows thinner
until I will
step
through.
Will you come in the night
to the fire
looking for me?
Like Houdini, I will
see your Ouija Board
and like Houdini
I will not
answer.
But,
If I see you in my
next life
we will touch hands
and
you will
know me.
