Series for Emerging Educational Executives

T

oday's second and third generation school executives who will 

eventually take over the management of their educational institutions need to rise to the challenges of the changing environment.  These emerging educational executives will need to be equipped with the necessary skills on the many facets of educational leadership and management to include unique competencies in strategic planning and implementation of academic and non-academic programs in support of their institution's vision and mission.  The seminar series aims to enhance leadership and management skills of education executives in educational management and in organizational and/or business development.

In this seminar, participants will learn to:

Use and enhance skills specific to the areas of curriculum, departmental leadership, teaching and learning, and monitoring of standards
* Focus around the key function that most senior educational administrators have to perform, e.g. Marketing, Finance, Human Resource among others
* Respond to new learning paradigms in the delivery of education in the new millennium
* Interact with other executives of higher educational institutions and build networks among like-minded and driven individuals

Who must attend:

Second and third-generation managers of private schools affiliated with COCOPEA and non-affiliated private schools.
