when 2pac gave his Outlaw souljahs they dictators names, Fatal got his name from Sadam Hussein, dictator of Irak.

Fatal was origanly in the east coast rap group: The Plague, that was a group that consisted of 30 members, Pac took some of them out of there and out of the hood, and recruted them into the Outlawz.

He Pac and Kadafi were the origanl members of Tha Outlawz, but later on they recruted the other Outlawz.

Fatal broke up temporalily from the Outlawz 2 record his solo album: In The Line of fire.

And right now nobody knows if he is still in the Outlawz, his verses were cut out the Still I Rise CD, but that was su[osedly because of some beef with Afeni Shakur, tupac's mom.

But as stated eabove nobody know's if Fatal is still in Tha Outlawz, that is also because he is in jail since the end of last year, because of an firearm possion or assault....everyone says something different.
