| Sunday August 12, 2001 Well, first of all I arrived a little early for my call. I found out that "Pretty Lady" was being worked at 10 am. Full cast wasn't called until noon for "Next". But at least I got to see them rehearse and sing this pretty scene... |

After "Next", we took our lunch break and came back at 2:30. When, we came back, we did miscellaneous pieces such as "the assassination" and even my part in "Please Hello." Then at 3 pm we started our designer run-through. This was the first time we were actually running through the whole show in one sitting. The designing crew/ production staff were assembled, some of them seeing this for the first time. It went considerably well. Richard the fight-master came up to me and told me he would give me some info on Japanese sword sharpening. We have accomplished so much in the last few weeks. I hope we keep the same pace for the following weeks. If we do, we should have no problems by preview night.... |
