WP&Z Switcher no. 3
During the spring of 1999, my family and I were treated to a rare tour of the WP&Z shops. Here, my wife Michelle, Heather, Nathan and Brandon inspect the number 3. Note that it is equiped with an air horn and a whistle.
The number 3 was parked with some extra coaches when I shot this photo from the train as we departed the Zoo depot in spring of 1996.
