Conclusion
| From
phylogenic tree construction, the evolution and origin of Thailand
viruses(gi4657813, gi4636035 and gi4636032), neuraminidase of human H5N1
isolates from Thailand were closely related to the strains which isolates
from Veitnam (gi4631802). Avian Influenza Virus that caused the widespread
outbreak in 2003-2004 may have become adapted from the original 1997 virus
in Hongkong (gi2865377) |
