About Buonissimo Foods
Spicy Italian Garlic Mix and Cookbook

Step into Regina Cucina and you immediately become an honorary Italian. You will be caught up with the aroma of garlic simmering in olive oil, the ease with which Regina puts together a meal from scratch in minutes and the inspiration she brings to the process of combining several fresh and simple ingredients into a sublime dish right before your eyes.

Regina was born to cook! Born into an Italian-American family, she learned to cook at eight years old, making meatballs and “gravy” for Sunday dinner. She has shared the traditional, contemporary and original recipes that have evolved out of her kitchen. So it is a natural progression that finds her in the food business at this point in her life.

Regina Cucina Spicy Italian Garlic Mix was inspired while gazing out over the hills of Tuscany and dipping crusty bread in extra virgin olive oil. It’s that experience together with the kitchen training Regina received growing up which give you the spice mix and the quick and easy recipes contained in the cookbook.

Cooking is the most basic thing you can do for yourself and those you love. Cooking with fresh, good quality ingredients is the heart and soul of Italian food. Cooking food that is prepared quickly and eaten slowly will make you feel Italian.

When you are born into an Italian family you have a love relationship with food, period. The good news is you don’t have to be Italian to love Italian food! Get caught up in the passion and enthusiasm of Regina Cucina.

"Putto with a Dolphin"
Andrea del Verrocchio, Palazzo Vecchio, Florence, Italy

This complex sculpture depicts a child running, wings outstretched, while clutching a dolphin to his chest. The fact that he is precariously balanced on one foot and struggling to control the dolphin may represent the difficulties between the Medici family and the Pazzi, whose family symbol was a dolphin.

See how Regina Cucina Mix can spice up your cooking!
