OZAMIZ CITY, Misamis Occidental, Feb. 5 (PIA) --
The Ozamiz City Schools Division (OCSD) ranked first
in the 2013 Northern Mindanao Regional Schools
Press Conference (RSPC) held at the La Salle
University Arts Center, here recently.

Sharing the top spot with OCSD was the Camiguin Schools Division, followed by Misamis Oriental, which came in 3rd, Cagayan de Oro City, 4th and Misamis Occidental, 5th in rank, respectively. See more...
