:: Oz World 101: What An OZ Player Should Know... ::

1. Learn how to fish manually.

2. "FT" means Flower time, and it is the only way to level up. You can gain up to 12 social points per day by giving 1 flower to 36 different persons.

3. The Emperor and Admins do exists.

4. There's an Oz world messageboard.

5. One should know how to save golds, at least 4000g, which would be sufficient enough to buy one a decent one piece gold rod.

6. Know which bait to use and where to find the fish.

7. The ozworld registration is a 3-step procedure. 1st is to "Create an account", 2nd is the "User agreement", 3rd is "Choose the game". "Choose the game" is the last step in which you have to name the avatar. It's a common mistake to miss this last step.

8. The 3 day trial is not really 3 days, it's 5 days. You have to top up after that.

9. 50 credits is not just for 8hrs

10. Clothes, rods, and furniture expires even without a game time.

11.EVERYONE HATES a BOOTER!!! Especially when you got booted out while you're on a date!! >_<

12. "Xb" means xbone. It's their way of filtering bad words, like gaga, gago, tit, puta, tanga, ass, bading, menyak, angas, and you have type it in UPPERCASE to avoid xb's. Btw sex is not xb'ed. Why? maybe because this word is used in asl (age/sex/location).

13. Everyone hates a (FAKE) newbie begging for golds, you'll be amazed as to how she already knows how to cry though she's just new. But if you are indeed a REAL newbie, do not hold it against them if they refuse to give you anything.

14. "AFK" means away from the keyboard, "BRB" is be right back, "DND" is do not disturb.

15. When you asked someone and he/she is fishing and doesn't answer you back, it could mean two things- either he/she's a bot or he/she doesn't like you at all! (lol)

15. Lovers whisphering to one another MUST NEVER BE DISTURBED!

16. SCAMMERS DO EXIST, if you think you were fooled/cheated/scammed, don't flame the people around you, or annoy everyone with your stupid rantings, instead find a guardian or an administrator and tell them what happened. Or better yet, send a complain to the administrators at the level up site customer service, or perhaps post your complain at the level up message boards, although the latter does not guarantee any response from the administrators. You should check out TOMA (The Oz Merchant Association) for a list of trusted resellers as well as found scammers, flooders and booters.

17. Guardians are meant to be respected, they are there to help you, therefore should the help you need be beyond their capacity do not hold it against them.

18. Avoid flooding, not everyone has gift of a high-speed internet connection nor a super computer.

19. "Carps" is different from "Carp", and definitely different from "Crap!" Carps can be caught only from 10AM - 5PM and 10PM - 5AM.

20. More on terminologies, "YM" refers to Yahoo Messenger, "LOL" is Laughing Out Loud, and "LOLZ" does not mean "ULOL", rather is just a tagalized version of "LOL".

21. Not everyone can understand "Tagalog", and not everyone can understand "English" either. (LOL)

22. "AMP" does not refer to Addict Mobile Prepaid or Ampicillin, but is an alternate way of cursing.

23. "S>" means "Selling", "B>" means "Buying", "R>" means "Recruiting", and "W>" is not "Warping", rather it means "Wanted".

24 Roles may show the word "filtered". "Filtered" is neither an avatar name nor a clan, i'ts the exbone version in role

25. Reiji is a part-time bot, part-time oz board forum moderator, part-time student, and a full-time lazy bum. If you greet her and does not respond, don't think she's a snob, she has just gone AWOL and there's no way she can respond. (ROFL)

26. PRETTYCOOL IS ENGAGED TO CIAL (In OZ) and she doesn't entertain any suitors both in-game and in real life. (LOL)
