Western Team
We attend about eight shows a year but there are two shows each day at each location so it ends up being about four Saturdays or Sundays a year.
In addition to horsemanship classes, there is also a reining class for advanced riders.
We mostly compete at the University of Findlay.
The past two years we have had two riders qualify for regionals and one or two qualify for zones. We are just one step away from having a national qualifier.
We have fun but are also competitive. We are always looking for more riders even if they have never ridden a horse before.
