Penshire has DONE IT! What an amazing comeback after losing every game last term, Penshire has sweep with total wins this year!! The Quidditch cup is going to look sweet in Professor Ripley�s office! I know that a lot of practice and thought went into each game and our team worked super hard! Captain Bryony Casten came up with our amazing playing strategies and they worked wonderfully!!! So if you see a crane passing you by, please give them a big high five for a job well done!

Yes! After our most wonderful Prefect, Seraphina Rosehill, has announced her retirement from the Quidditch team next term, our old Captain went out to look for a suitable replacement. And she has been successful. The battle for being Captain went on for about two and a half weeks, where the members of the last team have been given the opportunity to sell themselves the best they could. A mere two weeks ago, she finally lifted the curtain to present Slytherin House the newly chosen Captain for the next term, and the coin has fallen for no one else than the popular Slytherin student and Chaser of the last term, Kiley Blaire.
A well made choice, and the whole house would like to congratulate their new Captain, Kiley Blaire! Good luck and way to go! We know you�ll do great!

Gryffindor�s next Quidditch match is right around the corner, and the Gryffindor Cheerleading Team and Quidditch Support Club would like to wish our brave lions good luck! Since the lions always play with 110% effort and 200% heart, we know you guys will give it all you got! Kiley Blaire, the new Captain of the Slytherin Silver Serpents, is known to have a �different� style already. But now, with her new position in the Quidditch team, she has gone crazy and is known lurking around the common room to search for a special addition to a Captain�s dress code. The Hufflepuff ghost should better watch out for this evil-purple-haired thing, because she is out looking for a suitable hat. Yes, a hat which should � preferably � look like the one from the Pirates of the Caribbean.
In her imagination, it has �Cap�n� attached to it, but what Kiley doesn�t know is the fact that these hats are bewitched for the one to wear these hats to get a nice little black beard, too.
So be prepared for the next Quidditch match with Slytherin�s new Captain to enter the pitch in her new outfit. Slytherin will be unstoppable�

Well, the Chaos Claws have played their last match of the season against Penshire, and it was very exciting!
Throughout the whole term, all those changes had been made, player to player, position to position. I must say, the most constant positions were the beaters, which were Will Potter and co-captain Raelyn Ethania, whom were excellent at beating those bludgers! There was only one time when this duo had been broken up, and that had been for the match against Hufflepuff, where Will had gotten injured from Quidditch practice. That just goes to show that even in practice, you have to take precautions. But nonetheless, Hagrid Black, a new player on the team, played the position very well, and I certainly hope to see him on the team next season.
As for the position of Keeper, I was certainly glad to have persuaded Myrrima Goldenleaf to take over, because I know she would do way better than me, and I was pleased with the results. And chasers, the ones who had the most action. Our first match had a crisis with having our original chasers, Samantha Hola and Andela Schmorgie, strangely gone missing! Of course, I panicked, and in went reserve players Cally Potter and Penny Hung as chasers to work with Matt Driscol, and Gemini Huggle had to play seeker. Later on, Joe Nworb joined the team, and has done a wonderful job ever since. Andela also played the role of seeker for the second match, and she finally got to play her original role in the last two matches of the season, when Amber Thatcher was discovered and was persuaded by me to play seeker. As for me, I had originally started off as beater (from last season) and then I changed to play chaser (last season as well), and then this season started with me as keeper, and when I gave that role to Myrrima, I was then to play chaser with Andela and Joe.
Would you not say this is chaotic? Although the Claws have lost each of their matches this season, you never know what's going to happen next season. I can assure you that Chaos Claws are in for more changes, so watch out! Maybe it would be less chaotic for us, and more chaotic for you. See you all then!

This year was definitely the year of the Crane. Our team worked really hard and won every game, but seeing as we lost them all last year it has evened out. I know this may never happen again, so I'm going to savor every moment. We will get a trophy in the case; I have to say that's really great.
Bry and Sammy put the whip on us at practice and we were wiped out, but we made it through. I have to say that my being almost killed was a lot less painful than if Bry and Sammy got after us with a whip.
We played some really great teams and would like to tell them all we were happy to have had the Privilege to play them. Adrianna must have really liked playing us, because she changed houses so she could play us twice. I hear some rules will change next season. I don't know what the changes will be, but hopefully we can keep up with them.

With the nomination for the Hogwarts Choice Awards, there is one person among all these nominations, who seems to be present almost everywhere: Professor Snape. He isn�t only nominated to be Favourite Professor, Favourite Head of House, but also to have the Favourite Avatar, and of course for the Favourite Subject. How come the most frightening hugging bear of this school is nominated so often, when students are known to be afraid of the Potions Master? There is just one possible answer for this: He is Slytherin and as such�the best.

Many frequent OG readers remember the plague that was MoD, a rumor-spreading article writer notorious for her hurtful gossip. She's been out of the writing business for a bit, apparently for good, but rumors still abound about what happened to that evil spirit of hers. Well, this reporter has discovered the truth amongst all these rumors: the spirit of MoD is currently residing in Slytherin student Lily Valeriana! The spirit MoD, I can exclusively reveal, is even forcing Ms. Valeriana to write hurtful and rumor-filled articles, just like the human MoD did when she was still submitting to the OG! Hogwarts students should be on the lookout for Ms. Valeriana, and should take any article written by her with a grain of salt. They were actually written by the spirit MoD who, far from being truthful, is just out to destroy as many lives as possible. This includes articles, pictures, whatever this new "MoD" can find to ruin anyone and everyone around her. Students, beware!

After months of being chased around by mobs of Hogwarts girls, all just tying to get as little as a �hello� out of his �slytherlips.� The dark lord of Hogwarts has finally set his eye on a certain someone. Although it�s a very odd pairing if I do say so myself� I would have thought that the Slytherin heir would surly have chosen a girl from his own house to �get fresh� with, but it seems he has instead chosen a girl who resides in the house of Hufflepuff to be his �darlin��.
So who is this new darlin? Well its Hufflepuff�s self proclaimed �oh so much hotter than Ron�, Daphne Dawlish. The two have been spotted around the castle flirting on several occasons� and I�ve even heard rumor that wedding bells might not be too far off in the future! I can�t help but wonder if this means that the constant tormenting of my own housemates by the snakes will stop with this new union, but I suppose only time will tell.

One of Hogwart's Hufflepuff Prefects, Zoey Taylor has been found out; she is passing herself off as a muggle figure Skater, named Zoe Blach. We can't help but wonder if she has totally lost her mind, hanging out with Muggles, but I guess if you don't have anything better to do you'll do anything to keep from being bored.
The MOM is investigating rumors that she has been using an illegal Time Turner, because she has not missed any classes and hasn't been seen leaving the castle to keep the appointments for her events.
Another question we want to ask is; does she use magic when competing with the Muggles? There will be fines and maybe a short stay in a wizard jail if she is caught by the Muggles and the MOM has to cover it all up.
Well good luck with the skating Zoey, just don't get caught.

Yes, you hear right: Mister Ronald Weasley has gotten some tough competition. Gawyn Crossguard, the one who is almost constantly present in any article, has finally given in, in being the heart-throb Gryffindor has waited for so long.
It all started really harmless, but soon enough it spread the CR and now Roxanne Whitez is seen to be on the hunt for those who spread the word�after all Gawyn is hers, isn�t he? But she might have to go and search for a certain ghost to get the payback, because since Gawyn has gotten his new signature, the whole school knows what I knew all along: that Gawyn is Gryffindor�s heart-throb. No need to deny it anymore.

I still don�t know why, but Tom seems to be the most popular boy at the Slytherin Common Room�and he seems to get popular on the BB, too. Tommy is posting everywhere, has always a word of encouragement for everyone who needs it, he is present in a whole lot of RPs and always up for some senseless spam. When I attended to BB a while ago, I had to witness his shameless flirting continues even here�and not just with the perfect Slytherin girls, but also with girls from other houses like Hufflepuff or Gryffindor. I wonder what this boy is up to�I�m just glad that I am immune to his *cough* charm up to now. I hope it stays this way.

What is it that Professors do when they aren't in class? Haven't you ever wondered? I have heard they go to lectures taught by Professor Snape on how to terrorize students. Is that true? Some times I wonder. I heard that Professor Ripley and PAD go skinny dipping with Merpeople. If this is true I really think we would be better off not knowing. Professor Lockhart chizzels off all the old hair spray and puts it on fresh. I would like to see that. Professor Fairydust goes and dances wildly around the fairy ring in the Forbidden Forrest. I have also heard that Professor Dickinson gets Professor Ripley to conjure up Dead Literary people so she can talk things over with them. I also heard that Professor Snape not only teaches a terrorizing student class he goes to town and practices on the town folk.
I say we get in to teams and follow them sometime and find out what they are up to. You have to be careful though because Professor Ripley is a seer, but hey it�s worth a detention just to find out if they really do weird stuff on their days off.
None of this has been proven, just rumors.

Cranes never want to get Professor Ripley up in the night, because she comes in with face cream and curlers. You think Professor Snape is scary; you should get a load of the Penshire Head of House when she is awoken by too much noise or when one of us is sick. It would scare a dragon.
What is that goop she has on her face and those weird things hanging out of her hair? You don't want to meet her in a dark alley that's for sure. She looks something like the "Creature from the Black Lagoon" I want to beg Professor Lockhart to please put her on to some beauty treatments that won't scare children in to fits. When I was a first year some of the older students were making a lot of noise and she came in and I screamed like a banshee and wet my pants. Please Professor Lockhart help us to be free from this hideous creature.
