For this challenge I decided to
use a picture that I made a while ago...it's not supposed to be a portrait or anything it was just me messing arround while at work when I was bored.
The frame I made myself in Paint Shop Pro by hand and eventhough it looks like I used shapes, none where used.
The purpose of the challenge was to make a page using an image that we had made and then create a page arround that image.
Hopefully this will be ok for the challenge
