| 2-1-99 McCain won the New Hampshire Primary for the Republicans. This may be a good thing. McCain was in Prison in Viet Nam and may have an understanding of the mental torment of units such as these. I will have time once again out of here of getting his info to better guide my family & friends voting block. They make their choice but listen to me every election so I can at least have a voice in their decision. Bradley did better than expected. McCain Bradley would be a very interesting race. A win-win sutuation if McCain is as good as he appears on the surface. 2-2-00 My father is back in the hospital. Not for anything life threatenning, but, it has me reflecting on memories of him today which because this shit is read by others and is subject to prying eyes won't be expressed in here. Another day has passed. 2-3-00 Well another day. The morning started out rather interesting. (Prisoner) M. refused to leave as they were shipping him out to the prison where in 97 he fought the CO's. He ended up back in lock-up after speaking with a Sgt. He'll either end up back downstairs or they'll extract him from his lock-up cell and ship him to that prison anyway. Can't refuse the last stop all off. He should file suit about putting him in mortal danger of retaliation especially with the track record of the CO's of that place. This turn caused breakfast and yard movement to be delayed. The day otherwise was uneventful. 2-4-00 Questions again arise in my mind about the sanity of the general public. Do they not see or is it not care about justice? While the Courts are indeed by nature adversarial, why do they continue to over fund their side and handcuff the other side. Why is the Prisons of what is purported to be the land of the free so overcrowded and growing, while in supposedly less free nations are condemned for their justice systems, which actually are more humane than that of those who condemn them. It isn't like innocent people are not locked up each and every day in this Land of the Free. When will the pendulum begin to swing back the other way? 2-5-00 Well this Presidential race is really becoming infantile. How is anyons suppose to take such a process seriously when the charactors vying for the part of president are such lame's. I see why less than half of Americans don't even register to vote and only half of the registered voters bother to take the time out of their lives to go push a lever! 2-6-00 They say if it isn't broke, don't fix it. However, in the same vein, if it is destroyed beyond repair, don't fix it, replace it. Does anyone outside the Corporations and faceless Special Interests really have any doubt that this system of government i.e. Federalism does not work as it is too far from the people and so can't deal with the needs, which are diverse in the many Communities. The power structure should be inverted in everything except Foreign Affairs. The Community should contol and the State & Federal gov't merely secondary players. If America is to become once again a Free Society, it must first take the Power Back! VOTE!! 2-7-00 Were the German SS troops that operated the Death Camps truly guilty of atrocities? Their people did not question them, but the fact that the slaughtering of humans and the inhumane conditions were truly atrocities. Having said that, will then those wo sit idly by and watch the mental torment and torture of Prison Control Units be, by the same philosopy, also guilty of crimes against humanity. Who can, with conviction, justify the Control Unit practices? Can just following orders justify in this case, if indeed, it is not a justified defense in other atrocities and crimes against humanity. No one should question the pure fact, Control Units are nothing more than Mental Torture Chambers. 2-8-00 Life's lessons are learned through strife. Time tolls on the body, but through an open mind and wisdom the mind can still grow stronger. Absent illness, that is! 2-9-00 Day sucked, niht wasn't much better. Had yard, but the hole in my sneaker prevented me from doing much on the Handball Court. How many socks mush I wear out before these incompetents will replace these pieces of garbage. 2-10-00 V. told me he got an answer finally from the Director and that since I've bee through this NONSENSE in the past that they did have discretion to shorten the time and he's putting in my review for the 21st of this month. Of course, they've been telling me this same shit since late October so I'll believe it when I actually see it happen. I've been lied to by these people way too often to give credibility to anything they say. 2-11-00 Have had a headache all day, so I won't be writing very much today. Nothing out of the ordinary happened in here today. In the world a building on Wall Street had a bomb blow up in it! 2-12-00 My guess is that the hackers that are hacking into the Internet Corporations are most likely the new age terrorists against capitolism. What better way to hurt Capitolism than to attack it in the Money belt! Feds may figure this one day. 2-13-00 Sunday, no Football! AHHHH! Jonesing Pro Bowl is even over! :( ! It should be time for me to be in the garage putting the final touches and adjustments on my Bike getting ready to trip down to Daytona. This is indeed the time of year that I miss my Bike more than my dog or my wife! :) ! Get a sense of humor of course I miss my dog more! :P ! 2-14-00 Well today is Valentine's Day, a day to be spent with the Love of you life but stuck in a cage, like the rest of life, today sucks! I live my life and time moves forward with tomorrow's new and improved gov't torments just on the horizon. Place a man in a cange, treat him like an animal, poke sticks at him, then release him and demand he now act civilized after being shown no humanity and people wonder why such men go on killing sprees that don'e end till the tormented soul is shot down in the street like some rabid dog! Man's spirit is not as meed as the dometicated animal, it will not become meek and cowardly through torment, history bears this out by the many years where the oppressed rise in revolution against their oppressors, though it takes time for the boiling point to rise to this level! Nevertheless, it always rises in the end. Over one million families have seen the dark dungeons of this so called free society and the boiling point continues to be approached. The Gov't fears people who are not mainstream and hence treat them as animals with cruel and inhumane conditions which only serves to further alienate those who have stepped away from this corrupt Gov't! Done with this nonsense, just awaiting release to GP. DONE!!!! **Note from Jake** This was Outlaw Man's final entry. However he was not released back into GP for another few weeks. The money on his books was located on 3-15-00. He received a letter from the Business Office stating that his funds had been located in the "Unclaimed Property Account".
