Frank James
Frank James;
Rode with the Home guards in Missouri.

Member of Quantrill's Guerrillas;
Rode into Lawrence Kansas, served four
years during the war of the States.

End war activities;
1864-1865 crossed the Mississippi river
into Tennessee & Kentucky. Eluded the
union Red leg Guerrillas under command
of Captain Terrill several months after the
war ended.

Missouri, 1866;
Entered the Liberty bank in early February
1866. The where abouts of Frank James
remained unknown after the liberty robbry
as he came and went along the border.

Total years in the saddle;
Frank James spent 20 years in the saddle
from 1862 to 1882. Four hard years with
the war, and 16 years as the James Gang
continued to operate.

Surrendered in 1882;
Never captured, Eluded lawmen, Bounty
hunters, and Detectives. Surrenedered in
1882 unto the Governor of Missouri.
