| Ret. General Allen K. Rachel, former resident of McCurtain county was guest speaker during the opening of the Vietnam Moving Wall. Salute was given unto the Vietnam Veterans, KIA and their families. The families and crowd attending General Rachel's speech interupted with an applause when General Rachel spoke in regards to the ones known as the "Political Jane Fonda's" of this generation. This applause lasted for a few moments before General Rachel continued. |
