Note: This release of liability must be read
and signed before the participant attempts to take part in any
paintball event. If you are under the age of 18, you must have
a parent or legal guardian fill out the bottom portion of this
page.

In consideration of being permitted to participate
in any way in the sport and activities of paintball under the
auspices of STINGERS WORLD OF PAINTBALL, I acknowledge, appreciate
and agree to the following:
_____1. Paintball can be dangerous if not played according to
the rules posted, which I have read. I understand, agree, and
I am fully aware of the risk involved and will comply with all
rules and regulations of the game. I will also comply with the
instructions and rules regarding the use of any and all rental
equipment. I knowing any such risks, I assume full responsibility
for my participation; and I understand that the activities of
paintball are physically and mentally intense.
_____2. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal
representatives and next of kin to hereby release and hold harmless
forever STINGERS WORLD OF PAINTBALL, the owners and lessors and
sponsors of the premises used to coordinate the paintball activities,
their officers, officials agents and/or employees (“releasees“)
or otherwise.
_____3. I understand and agree that this Release of Liability
Agreement covers each and every paintball activity and special
event in which I participate hereafter on or off property.
_____4. I understand under no circumstances will I receive a refund
or store credit due to the simple acts of God as far as rain,
lightning storms, or illnesses.
_____5. Said release shall further assign to STINGERS WORLD OF
PAINTBALL all right to use photographs or video of me taken relative
to playing the game.
_____6. I understand /agree that I am responsible for loss or
damage to all and any rental equipment that I have rented. (Full
value of rental pkg 1 $200.00 rental pkg 2 $250.00) accessories
priced separately.
______7. To all female players, if you are pregnant or think you
might be pregnant, STINGERS WORLD OF PAINTBALL requests that you
do not participate in this sport for your safety and the safety
of your unborn child.
_____8. It is an absolute must that proper foot wear be worn at
all times during the sport. Closed-toed shoes are required. Absolutely
no open toed shoes permitted.
______I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND
ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT. I FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE SIGNED
A LEGAL BINDING CONTRACT, AND SIGNED IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY
WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.
