01. Be a fan of Oushou Chikubai. (No love at first sight, I know the layout is pretty b/c Chelsea made it, but be an actual fan!) also do not join just because you are a SasuSaku fan. Of course you can be one since i doubt you wouldn't be, but don't be joining if you have no clue who Oushou Chikubai is or does.
02. Provide a reasonable name/nickname (stickycaps and random numbers will not be tolerated, nor will profane names either, be mature) if your name is undesired you will be added but only under an edited and "reasonable" name.
03. Provide a working e-mail address.
04. Provide country of origin/residence.
05. If you wish for us to link back to your website you MUST put up one of our codes in a reasonable and easy to find place (like a links page or a sidebar on your blog) we are not going to go hunting for it and this code must be up before we can add you, ALSO you MUST. Upload the code to your own server (it can be photobucket, flicker, imageshack- does die after a long time fyi) you may not directlink to ours & if we catch you there will be much angry faces and words. D< Also your website must be decent and not pornographic.
06. Before submitting your form, please double check for typos, we don't mind getting double submissions of your forms but it can be helped.
07. Where "fav-doujinshi" is please provide your favourite doujinshi by Oushou Chikubai, This is optional, and you may just put "all" or "none".
