2. With your particulars, we would then match you with the most suitable tutor or student from our database.
3. Both parties would then be informed of any match found. You would then decide on which match you would like to pick.
4. After which, we would help negotiate for both parties the most reasonable fees, time and venue for the first lesson.
5. We charge a commission of 40% of the first month's fees on the tutors. We would give the student a follow-up visit at the end of the first lesson to ensure that both parties; students and tutors, are satisfied. Upon satisfaction, we would collect 40% of the fees from the student, as part of the tuition fee for the month.The remaining 60% would be paid to the tutors directly at the end of the month.
6. Hence effectively, the student pays no commission to us. The commission is charged solely on the tutors as per normal practice.
They MUST be responsible individuals with the dedication to tutor the students to the best of their abilities.
