Terms and Conditions/Disclaimer
1) Our Agency, Our matchbox agency, is entitled to a commision of 40% of the agreed first month's tuition fees. The student is contractually bound to pay the commission sum to our agency not more than 2 weeks after the first tuition session.

2) Upon the successful and satisfactory completion of the first tuition session, the Agency is discharged from all contractual obligations to the tutor as well as the student.

3) After the first four weeks of the tuition, the student is obliged to pay the tutor the remaining 60% of the first month's tuition fees.

4) All payments should be made in the form of cash.

5) The Agency will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages arising in connection with the engagement of our matching services.
Information for tutors to take note.
Tutors are expected to provide us with an honest description of their qualifications. They will also be required to produce the original copies of their educational certificates on the first lesson. This is for verification purposes.

They MUST be responsible individuals with the dedication to tutor the students to the best of their abilities.
