Comforter of the Afflicted School
Children who hang out at Our Lady's After School Program will develop and enhance leadership and social skills, build self-esteem, learn conflict resolution strategies, strengthen academic skills, and expand interests and hobbies.
Children have time to play, explore, create, learn new skills, do their homework, and relax.
We have a wide variety of structured activities that are interactive and fun.
The Afterschool Program follows the school's Mission Statement: "...prepares its students to be responsible and productive citizens while leading a life of Christian service." Service Learning/Community Service is part of the program. "Angels In Training" is the name the children use for themselves when they work on their service projects.

Visitors are scheduled for the First Wednesdays of the month. The Rainforest Reptile Show, Curious Creatures, Artist and storyteller, Joe Woo and Cariacature Artist Rich Parsons, Tuft's University's Traveling Treasure Trunk and "Oncer Upon A Time" theater group are just a few of our visitors.

The first Wednesday of every month the program begins at 11:20am and children are registered for either a 2:30pm pick up time or up to 6:00pm pick up time.
Open some school holidays and vacation weeks at 8:00am, children are registered for either a 2:30pm pick up time or up to 6:00pm pick up time. Disney on Ice, Museum of Science, Kid's Playground and Drumlin Farm are just a sample of past field trips the children have experienced. See our calendar for days avaliable.
The After School Program and its staff run solely on your registration payments. All money goes into the program and the school.
