Freedom of the press "I'm insulted! I finally sat down and wrote a message to the group, and then you rejected it. If you censor my messages, how do you ever expect me to write for the group again?"
Some subscribers seem to feel that the group has been waiting breathlessly for them to do it a big favor and to post a message - any message.
That is not the case.
The Jewish Groups series represents serious discussions. They are successful for various reasons – one of which is the fact that not every message is posted. Group standards are maintained by being selective in our postings. Only messages that follow our guidelines and are worthy of our subscriber base are put through.
Our subscribers are treated as adults. If your posting is worthy, it will be put through. If it is not worthy, it will be rejected.
