If you want to offer a suggestion for improvement based on other groups, then we are very interested in listening.
However, we question why it would be necessary or desirable to cancel one or more of the guidelines listed here in favor of the rules developed by other groups.
After all, there are many discussion groups. They exist so that it will be possible to accommodate everybody's personal feelings.
Our groups are different. This is a series of information groups, not discussion groups. You wouldn't want to compare apples and oranges, would you? You just understand that they are different.
So, if you prefer the way another group does things, join them! If you like our way of doing things, join us.
