You may join as many groups as you like. However, messages may be posted to only one group. Messages that have been posted to any other group may not be posted again on any of our groups. Subscribers who violate this basic guideline may be banned from our groups.
It's like sending an article to a respectable journal. You are only allowed to send it for publication to one resource at a time.
After you receive notification in writing about its rejection, then you are allowed to try another publication, until you are successful.
This has to be done at the s-l-o-w rate of the publication industry, and you may have to wait months until receiving an answer. At least with our groups the process is much faster. However, it's based on the same principle.
You want as many people to read your message as possible. That's understandable. Everybody wants the same thing.
However, it's not fair to the readership to have to read your message twice - or more.
This problem also occurs in another form. Some people do not want to join multiple forums, but want to spray their message to as many people as possible.
Neither circumstance is acceptable.
