• Finding the right thing to say on any occasion
• Speaking to my target audience tactfully about a sensitive issues
• Correcting situations in which the shaliach was not tactful
• Dealing with difficult people
• Dealing with people who violate your ethical, personal, or religious principles

The Shaliach as an individual

• Maintaining your own family's principles, ethical values, and/or level of religiosity while on shlichut
• Raising children to be paragons of virtue (or even normal) when living in a remote community detached from mainstream Judaism
• Dealing with the fact that you seem to be on stage
• What is the position and function of the Shaliach's wife in the synagogue or in the community?
