


One subscriber wrote that Jewish Philanthropy "should not be a forum for individuals to make personal pleas" for funds or funding. She correctly pointed out that "the 'needs and wants' of our society is insatiable."
She is right.
Therefore, the following postings will be rejected:
In other words, don't try to get the actual funding from Jewish Philanthropy. Your organization will have to hire a professional fundraiser to apply elsewhere for the resources.
All of us are in this together. We are all philanthropists or fundraisers who are trying to find ways to publicize our own projects. We are as interested in our own projects as you are.
Remember that Jewish Philanthropy does not fund organizations. We are either fundraisers ourselves, or we are organizations like yours, struggling to raise funds.
