Jewish Med defines a Jewish medical practitioner as any of the following people:

  • A Jew working in the medical profession
  • A medical professional or practitioner of any faith who works with a Jewish clientele
  • A medical professional or practitioner of any faith who wants or needs to understand the intricacies of working with Jewish patients

A medical professional is defined by the list of those who are invited to join the Jewish Med forum.
