Jewish Beginnings represents traditional authentic Judaism.
Some people may be offended by some postings. They may feel that we have a smug attitude of limiting our activities. They may also be offended by our references to "authentic" or "traditional" Judaism.
Those who are offended, or those who want to discuss anything other than traditional or authentic Judaism, will feel more comfortable on other groups, such as The Other Shul.
Please do not expect everybody on Jewish Beginnings to jump for joy because you are considering conversion. If you want to convert, then you'll get some straightforward advice on Jewish Beginnings.
However, if you expect a welcoming party, then you've come to the wrong religion.
